Return Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your product to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Upon accepting your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please note, returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at momssanctuary57@gmail.com for prompt resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges

For an exchange, return the original item. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The same return conditions apply.

Refunds

Post-inspection of your return, we will inform you about the refund status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note, banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
